Sales Policy

All sales of original art pieces are considered final upon purchase. These pieces are unique, handmade, and crafted with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Due to the delicate and personal nature of each piece, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. I encourage you to consider your purchase carefully and with appreciation for the craftsmanship that has been put into each piece.

Care Instructions

My artworks are made to be enjoyed for a lifetime with the right care. As these are handmade items, they require gentle handling to preserve their integrity and beauty. I advise keeping them away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and moist environments to maintain their condition.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is exclusively available within the United States and is included in the price of each item. I use USPS Priority Mail as my preferred shipping carrier, ensuring that your purchase arrives safely and promptly. For purchases exceeding $100, additional insurance will be added to your shipment for an extra layer of protection. This insurance is included at no additional cost. All items will be packaged with the utmost care and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please understand that once items are shipped, I cannot control any delays or damages that may occur during transit. In the case of any issues, I recommend reaching out to USPS directly for resolution.

Measurement and Fit for Wearable Items

For wearable artworks, detailed measurements are provided in each listing. I kindly request that you review these measurements carefully before making a purchase to ensure a proper fit. As per my sales policy, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated for these items.
